but a little dull, add the others – and

So yarn wise – if you are late to the party:

Snufflebean Yarn

Woolwarehouse

2 balls of each colour, and 6 balls of pure.

2 balls of each  Yarn A (Indigo 6505)  Yarn B  (Misty 6707) Yarn C (Peacock 6404)  Yarn D (Amber 6909)  Yarn E (Azalea 6606)  Yarn F (Quartz 6202)

6 balls  Yarn G (Pure 6208)

This week we have to join the squares together.

But you need to block them first – and I have a handy post letting you know what to do here

After blocking your squares should be nice and square and ready for joining.

You need to lay all your squares out in the following order:

To join – place the wrong sides together and Slip stitch using Yarn G (Pure) through the back loops only to give a nice flat seam – you can also sew them together using Whip Stitch – but I personally find crocheting so much easier than sewing.

Below is half the blanket laid out ready for joining (fitting nicely on an Ikea coffee table!)

When all joined together, the border is nice and simple.
