Hello, It’s Peacock week.
Just look at the colour of this yarn from Cygnet.

I have to say it is so so green – if you love green then this is most definitely the green yarn for you!
Yarn
If you’ve just stumbled across this CAL, months down the line – don’t worry. You can still make the blanket.
There are a number of online stockists that you can get your yarn from:
Cygnet Yarns Boho Spirit Solids (100% premium Acrylic 100g/ 240m)
2 balls of each Yarn A (Indigo 6505) Yarn B (Misty 6707) Yarn C (Peacock 6404) Yarn D (Amber 6909) Yarn E (Azalea 6606) Yarn F (Quartz 6202)
6 balls Yarn G (Pure 6208)

As I’ve mentioned before this is a learning blanket, teaching you new skills each week.
We have a rather cool spiral effect circle today. Can you see it? The snail shell effect of the yarn in the circle?
Raised texture with the minimum of effort!
This week we are learning about the different loops of a stitch (Scroll down for the video!), and how we can use these to give great texture.
Important note…….. Only use a 4MM hook this week – why?
Well the way we use different loops the yarn stretches! We compensate for this using a smaller hook all the way through – clever ha?
I give you…….
